As funny as "The Prince" is and as much as I enjoy what he says; it is incredible to believe that ANY court would give any credence to anything he has to say.
Chiming in with my prediction for tomorrow -
Sepsis/infection killed her - no abcess or Perper would have seen it early on, still probably caused by an unsterile injection - also had the Chloryl Hydrate in her in large quantities - but that just knocked her out while the infection killed her.
Cause of death - organ failure, or whatever really technically kills you when you have the infection.
Manner of death natural, or accidental due to unsterile injections - but of course it could have been prevented.
