Chiming in with my prediction for tomorrow -
Sepsis/infection killed her - no abcess or Perper would have seen it early on, still probably caused by an unsterile injection - also had the Chloryl Hydrate in her in large quantities - but that just knocked her out while the infection killed her.
Cause of death - organ failure, or whatever really technically kills you when you have the infection.
Manner of death natural, or accidental due to unsterile injections - but of course it could have been prevented.
Perhaps, but what about reports of Perper asking about if alcohol swabs were used before giving injections
I still cant understand, if she was so sick, why didnt someone get her help. I mean when Howard left her hours before her death, she was out of it...being iced down with 105 fever, if he cared about her, he would of got help. No, he was off boating?

The abscess was most likely on her liver. The fall in the bathtub may have ruptured the abscess.
She supposedly had 105 temp, diarrhea, nausea, unable to urinate and Dr. Perper stated that her liver was enlarged 20% at the initial autopsy.

three boxes of syringes? (that would be 100box X 3 = 300)
one box syringes? (100 x 1 = 100)

I am assuming 'boxes' because I've never seen a rx for ONE needle .........
