We're getting bits and pieces from the media in regard to him leaving the room etc and who knows what's real or not.

But you can bet that the PI's on this case have REAL evidence as to REAL TIME and these days, there are video cameras and time stamped receipts all over the place.

Howard was VERY careful not to be specific to REAL TIME.

That's a pretty critical piece of information - since if it's true, it's a (another) clearcut bit of perjury from HKS in Seidlin's court, isn't it? Surely hospital cameras could confirm this fact or disprove it. ......

I just hadn't heard it before - but I have been really busy yesterday and today so haven't kept up with the investigation as well as usual.....so thanks for the info.
