Is the hospital east or west, do you know?

I've never been to the Bahamas (but I've seen piles of your expensive saffron in markets in Egypt). Making some guesses here about east or west.

The hospital is south of Bay Street. Collins Ave. looks like a major north/south street. Usually, east or west is defined by the proximity or intersection with a major roadway. If true in this case, looks like we're seeing the east end of Bay Street.
