I am just thinking of the type person she is, and she seems the type if she knew it was bogus, she would have blurted it out..LOL

Since she didn't, we can assume a couple of things.

It is either true, or

She hadn't been able to find any info yet..

The 2nd statement seems probably more plausible, I guess :)

I did not sense from her that it was bogus - she was very straight forward about not being able to give out any details or information. That is when I asked if she could at least verify that she was aware of the story.

I wonder if all of our calls and mail early this morning had the news outlets calling her for verification and that's how she found out. In any event, I too believe that if she had known it to be a lie, she'd probably have said so, and this late in the day our time, she'd know.

All: Is there any reason to think, if it was an outright lie/fabrication, that she would not want to acknowledge it as such? What might be some reasons?

Unless the 'man' was someone not from their group, I would imagine there were several going in and out of there hours before she died. But heck, we can't be certain of the time the overdose was given...it may have taken her hours and hours to actually 'die'.

Well, the only thing that comes to mind for me is, if it isn't true, letting it stay out there, without rebuttal, to show what can/could happen if DL stays with Howard?

It is very possible that the media is not able to get any info about it to verify it or not.

My guess is that it is true OR the Daily Star of the UK is facing a lawsuit for scaring the JEEPERS out of Larry and Virgie.

I wish I would have pushed Opri a little more - but she made it clear she could not give out any info related to it.
I am not a reporter and did not want to come across like I was trying to be a reporter. I am just mainly concerned about this little baby.

her tone was very serious - I didn't feel anything from her that it was bogus. Once she knew I was not going to badger her with questions (I said Thank you after my single question) she was pleasant because she knew I had said or asked all I needed to. There was no snicker in her voice or anything - she was very pleasant (wall came down) when she said Thank you and have a nice weekend. (no sarcasm in her voice either)

No, sorry, I don't know...but either way, it seems odd to me that she left when she did if she really cared about how sick Anna was, she wasn't getting any better. I am wondering about the relationship between she and HKS. Clearly she did what she needed to do to provide the drugs and she knew that HKS was capable of administering them...according to the Enquirer, he'd given her shots before, as well.

Somebody in the Bahamas should have removed the child from HKS.

She also insinuated that ANS was suicidal. It would e very irresponsible to have such a huge amount of drugs around a suicidal person. How can she explain that being a psychaitrist? (I do not believe ANS was suicidal. Depressed yes, suicidal no)

Or if she said ANS was an addict--why try to provide all the drugs then?

Does anyone know what the so called "pain" was that ANS was being given all these pain prescriptions before and after her pregnancy?
