Howard spit out "5 months" as being the last time she took Methadone. And it is almost 5 months (TO THE DAY) between the two deaths.

So, if there was ANY Methadone ordered, it contradicts Howard. It was the one REAL NUMBER he knew.

What was interesting, is that Larry said he had a "5 month old baby girl".

We never did see how Howard wrote Dannie Lynn's name on the blackboard, did we? Bet Seidlin has it in his office if Howard wrote it wrong.

Barth (along with Howard) must have gone nuts when Seidlin called Howard "An Enabler".

Will Seidlin be called to testify some day?? I remember him saying to Howard...Hey, you came knocking at my door...And then there's the "deal". Wrong thing to pull on a judge...

While the world waits for Broward County, Fla., Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Perper to reveal in a press conference what caused the death of Anna Nicole Smith a report out now claims that Anna Nicole Smith died with a toxic level of the sleeping medication chloral hydrate in her system. A joint investigation from the Star Magazine and the National Enquirer claims to have the answers of what happened in the days leading up to and the former Playboy Playmate's cause of death.

According to a detailed report published on the website of the the Star, Anna Nicole had a raging blood infection. The infection was caused by an unsterilized needle and contributed to her death. The report also claims that contrary to speculation, tests show Anna Nicole did not have methadone or any other painkilling drug in her system at the time of her death.

The report: The Enquirer learned that just before she left the Bahamas for Florida on February 5, three days before she died, Anna Nicole received an injection in her left buttock. Tests did not reveal what that substance was.

"As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection," said a source with knowledge of the case. "The needle wasn't sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly." As the needle-caused infection took over her body, she began vomiting, had severe diarrhea and could not urinate.

The report speculates that if Anna had made a trip to the hospital she might have been saved. Earlier reports had claimed that Smith did not wish to have the publicity of a hospital visit. Yikes, an huge, hot, and painful abscess would be contrary to the reports from the interviews I have seen from those with her that week. How could she even walk?

And why would her Dr leave town knowing she was so sick? On ET she said she felt comfortable leaving, and called repeatedly to be told Anna was better?

A growing abscess would prevent sitting and walking, would it not?

The behavior of her Dr and Stern just makes no sense at all, unless they refused to take her to the hospital because they were afraid to lose the baby if hospital personnel did extensive testing for drugs, ect.

Thats just criminal, (but only for you or me), not for celebs and their handlers.

Shocking New Claims: Anna Nicole Died Of Sleeping Medicaiton OD

HOLLYWOOD, Fl. (March 23, 2007) - The results of former Playboy Playmate, Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy are expected to be revealed Monday, but already two sister publications are claiming the model died from a toxic amount of sleeping medication in her system.

Sister publications Star Magazine and the National Enquirer claimed Smith died from an overdose of sedative chloral hydrate. Anna Nicole's idol, Marilyn Monroe, also had the drug in her system when she died, Access Hollywood can reveal.

Smith did not, the magazines reported, have methadone or other painkillers in her system when she passed away.

Smith was already suffering from another ailment when she took the fatal overdose according to the magazines. Before leaving the Bahamas for Florida, they claim her buttocks were injected with a substance from an unsterilized needle, which caused a major infection.

After becoming very sick with a high fever Anna refused to go to the hospital. Instead her people treated her at the hotel. She reportedly had a high temperature, diarrhea, vomiting and was unable to pass fluids.

"She was still vomiting and suffering diarrhea," the source told the mags. "Again, she spent the whole day in bed, as the abscess continued to grow. She was in such pain, she just wanted to sleep."

The Enquirer and Star then said Anna Nicole took the overdose of chloral hydrate, the evening of February 7, leading to her death.

Oh my God...Rat poison in the dog food?? I believe that goes right to the brain...

I would imagine there is some form of rat control in pet food manufacturing facilities, but can't believe they would leave rat poison around. Normally rats are controlled by those little black boxes where the critters go in and never come out.
