I've been away for a few days....any speculation on what Perper will say is COD on Monday, and, will charges/arrests be made?
Well, he sure seems to be asking a lot of suicide questions - but then, that's mostly from ET's skewed viewpoint that I've seen him talking about it.
Unfortunately, I've always felt that would be his ruling on manner of death, with an outside chance of accidental overdose. Feeling pretty certain it will involve drugs in some way, shape or form - even tho Perper said we'd all "be surprised." I'll "be surprised" if *anyone* is surprised, lol.
What I hate is that it will come out first and if it doesn't throw out any hints of suspicious circumstances, the people on the inquest panel who start listening to evidence the next day may be more inclined to soften their stance towards Daniel's own suspicious circumstances.
None of these things bode well for Miss Dannielynn, I'm afraid.

An opinion I heard tonight - heaven only knows which show - is that Perper can present his 'manner of death'. LE does not necessarily have to accept what Perper states, if they have evidence that contradicts. As I understand it, if there's disagreement on MOD, they work it out.
I don't know about the suicide theory being talked about. How can that be proven, or doesn't it need to be? Since there was no evidence of pills, suicide by overdose would have to have been in the form of liquid or injection, or is there some other method?...was she well enough to have prepared something in liquid or administered her own injection? I was under the impression that she couldn't even get out of bed.
I read your drug list...re: the chloryl hydrate (sp?) do we have any idea what that was being used for? In the proper dose, IIRC, it can knock you out cold and it can only be detected in the body for 4 minutes.
Good Golly Mr. Stern must have had to have a trunk load of back up charged batteries and multiple camaras in places to keep handy for his contant filming.
Seems like he was hoping ANS would meet her demise so he could have the footage for the Hollywood film of "Anna Nicole Smith the Modern Monro"

Oh, that's true - but if the ME can't outright state "homicide" on the manner of death - if it isn't obvious to him that someone else other than the deceased caused her death, then the police are going to be hesitant to spend a lot of time on an investigation that probably won't be prosecuted because it lacks that call by the ME.
I wish they could convene or use a grand jury for ANS, too - at this point, it's the very least we could hope for. Someone has to convince a Seminole detective to dig more. They've already told some media that they're not going to a GJ with it. I know we have a lot of FReepers who think perhaps that's a red herring statement, but I don't.
I really, really hope and pray that I'm wrong.
I've told everyone twice to check out Shane Gibson in wiki, but no one has reported back at the hilarious "easter egg" thrown in there to see if anyone would catch it.
"Easter egg" probably isn't a good term to use, because it's too nice but it means a hidden surprise that will make you laugh - I guess it's a little p-bomb - something like an f-bomb, but more anatomical lingo.
She could have just taken too much of too many - IOW, the same problem that caused Daniel's death. A bad combination of medications that caused a heart disrhythmia - at least, that's what Wecht said. It makes sense - but he knows now that the dosages he reported on were wrong.
I'm thinking that whatever it was that depressed ANS's system just also depressed her respiration. Her brain just simply forgot to tell her to breathe and so she just didn't. No survival reflex left to gasp for air.
In one of the videos today, when she was ranting about LB being a "loser" - she couldn't even make the word understandable when speaking.
I know most of the time when I've seen her - and I *assume* most people have seen her the same way - she has been incoherent. I mean all the times I ever noticed clips of her before all these events happened. I never saw her show - we've just seen clips of her on the news locally whenever she did something unusual.
Because this is her hometown, we'd see everything from Marshall court appearances to pulling down her top at the Australia awards show or just blurting out "Do ya like my bawdeeee?" "TrimSpa bay-beeee!" for no apparent reason at inappropriate times.
Anyway, with her trout pout on her huge puffy lips - ok, her hot smoochie ones - she was trying to say the word "loser" and couldn't spit it out. She would start words, but never finish them.
It reminded me of one time when she was explaining to someone that she just spoke slowly because she's Texan or Southern or something ... then she gave up and just said she had a "lazy mouth." And she did! If she got bored of saying something right in the middle of saying it, she would just stop.
I can truly picture her getting tired of having to breathe on her own, so just quitting - and expecting that someone, some minion somewhere, would rescue her. If they didn't, well, then it would just be their fault, ya know?
I honestly can't remember now what KE's justification was for ordering the chloral hydrate, other than it was "a sleep aid."
She said herself it was "old-fashioned" - and I speculated that maybe ANS herself asked for it, since we then found out that it was one of Marilyn Monroe's killer drugs.
I hope that's not a clue to Perper, however.
