Still I think the insinuation that Virgie's service revolver was involved in her son's disability was over the line.

Unless Barth told this story more than once, she didn't say that it was "involved" in his disability per se. She said her disabled son was injured with her service revolver. But surely she wanted people to think it was the cause of his disability. Don't get me wrong!

About using some kind of mind control on Anna - did anyone here used to watch the Anna Nicole Show? I saw a list of episodes and descriptions of them - and Dr. E was on two episodes - one of them was the episode where Anna was hypnotized by Dr. or Mr. Amazing or something like that. It was probably just a bunch of silly gags or something - but it also says Anna was hypnotized to help her remember (what I don't know) and given positive suggestions. Was Dr. K around for this? Was Anna really succeptable to hypnosis? Could light bulbs have turned on in someones head regarding this? If anyone saw this episode - could you please post about it.

I agree with you. DL is in danger as long as she remains with Howard Stern. That man is a murder suspect - true or not he has been accused on national TV of murder. He is a creepy control freak and into drugs and exhibits signs of a sociopath. The clown video itself should have led to DL being removed from his clutches.

There have been more than a few case of men appearing more normal than HKS who ended up killing their own children rather than lose custody.

Incredible that for the sake of DL's safety, she has not been placed with Virgie or someone else acceptable to the parties involved.

I should point out that the courts have to accept the summons of eviction and that is what Pro PInder is doing in court today. I don't know how soon it will be served on Stern or if the summons will be granted or not. But it sure sounds like G. Ben Thompson does not have to wait until April to have this summons issued.

I honestly believe that the house proceedings were halted/delayed until April under G. Ben Thompson direction or agreement. The deal was that they wanted Stern evicted from the house but not the baby. Something tells me that Virgie and/or Larry will be allowed to stay in the house until the custody of the baby is ruled on. Kick Stern out and move Virgie and/or Larry in to it.
