For heaven's sake, why do they have to wait until April 3rd. They said the DNA will remained seal until April 3rd. So is there even going to be any testing before then. Why do they schedule hearings two weeks apart?

On March 1, 2007, Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc. was put into suspended status by the FTB, which means they can't make any legal, financial or business transactions. It is unclear if any of Anna's other belongings, including cars, boats and other property are actually registered to Hot Smoochie Lips, Inc.


My guess is he has already moved the corp and money overseas. The Studio City house will have a lein put on it for back taxes.

I think KE and HKS have ties, but what and how come eludes me. KE is almost old enough to be HKS's mother, and there is a good chance that he is gay. So there's nothing to that angle. I have another angle, but can't say it. I'd get flamed, banned and accused of being a racist.

ON THE BABY DNA TEST

Cheek swab has been taken from the baby.
The baby was taken to a local doctors office to have the cheek swab done. All parties were present including all the attorneys. The swab is now bound for the USA and will be tested in the lab in Ohio after testing is done the results will be sealed until April 3 when the case resumes in the Bahamian courts.

There has been no appeal filed not even a notice of appeal has been filed as of this post to the thread. If there is a an appeal filed it would go in front of a 3 judge panel to determine if the appeal would or would not be accepted. Pro Pinder says that an appeal would not be accepted on a "court directed DNA test".

ON THE HORIZONS HOUSE

G. Ben Thompson has asked Pro Pinder to immediately file a summons of eviction (this is being done today). G Ben Thompson wants Stern evicted sooner than later. (So this tells me that G Ben Thompson halted or delayed the eviction notice on Stern due to the baby proceedings.)

Wecht's testimony about the decay process on their daughter's body was uncalled for, insensitive and proved nothing.

Oh that's just the kind of stuff he loves to talk about. He loves to use ME terminology that nobody but him and other ME's know what it means. He thinks he's impressive doing that. He's just a showoff. And of course the uhhs and umms make him sound SO much more thoughtful. I bet that speech pattern goes away once he takes the stand at the inquest or at HKS's trial.
