Stranger still is the nurse seeing Daniel up and helping his mother to the bathroom at the hospital in the Bahamas and 2 hours or so later, he is found dead in the bed next to his mom.
Good point. The law in the Bahamas states that whoever is on the birth certificate is the legitimate father.
From you list of risk factors:

IIRC, this is what Marshall's son died of back in the summer of 2006. Where was Stern or one of his ghouls when the Marshall son got sick? (The son who was fighting ANS in court)
I know its strange to even consider a connection, but what are the odds of 3 deaths in less than 9 months.

I was surprised when I read about that child. His existance would make the wording of her will more understandable. Now if indeed Anna gave birth to this child, is there an official relinquishment of parental rights on Anna's part?

Bahamian women who are poor and pregnant should list Howard K Stern on the birth certificate as the legitimate father.
Medical oversight authorities would *love* to make Kapoor into a poster boy for how they "police their own." There is *no* sympathy that Kapoor could invoke from the public through his "Robin Hoodesque" practice -- stealing from the old and sick to give to celebrities.
