I was surprised when I read about that child. His existance would make the wording of her will more understandable. Now if indeed Anna gave birth to this child, is there an official relinquishment of parental rights on Anna's part?

Hi...If the will excluded future husbands and children...HKS and Marshal Soto (if he is her son) then wouldn't it also exclude Dannielynn? Sad she didn't protect the children better than that if that turns out to be true (wording of the will)...wonder if they will grow up on welfare waiting for this to be sorted out!

Did you read the article? It states he took the child back here to Arizona and the reservation because (and this is true) the elders will not allow custody of a 50% Indian child go to a white person. He knew if he had him on the reservation she couldn't take him.

The article also "claims" she was electronically wiring $10K a month to him in support and it ended as soon as she died. It claims he has documents to support all his claims. Guess we won't really know until he is interviewed by someone like Greta or Geraldo or Nancy Grace and the doctuments are verified.

My only thought is the house they live in is pretty tacky. If they were getting $10K a month, I'd think they would live pretty well. If this is true I'm as concerned about this boy, too. His father admits to a drinking problem and we know ANS's history.
