I don't see that whatever he said tonight (which I haven't seen or heard) could be that much different from what he's been saying all along. It's a means to an end.
I hope I am wrong. Someone said today (on one of the many ANS programs) that Dannielynn could be four or five years old before Larry gets custody of her. I think that is terribly, terribly sad, if true... and selfish beyond belief for all parties involved -- including Virgie -- if we get DNA early-on proving Larry is the father and this prediction comes true.

I will add having Virgie have custody of Dannielynn in Texas likely puts O'Quinn in the catsbirdseat for probate.
If Birkhead is the baby's father, then he should get custody, period. Rale and Stern are nothing but money grubbers. They don't give a rip about Dannielynn. Stern may have eliminated both her mom and her brother, and Ron Rale has the nerve to sit there and say Stern should get shared custody????
Has our country gone nuts????? Stern has no business being around that precious baby. What is wrong with these morons. I've had a headache since last night. It started when I read about the estate lawyer, Munroe having the power to stop the normal process for investigating Daniel's suspicious death. I knew the coroner's duties were changed before and thought that was bizarre, but until last night I didn't realize the person who did it was connected with Howard K Stern!!!
Everyday this is looking more and more like the heiress Doris Duke case, with the butler getting control over her fortune thru deceit. He drugged her, then isolated her, changed her will and etc. I've watched the movie on the lifetime channel a couple of times. Its about 4 hours long. I just want to scream my head off watching all these adults continuing to allow that precious baby to be in the care of a psycho sociopath!!!.
The cast of players in this zoo are right out of a horror show!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
I think we all need to have some faith in this and pray for DannieLynn and for the truth to come out quickly with a quick resolve.
Personally I have to keep my faith and hope that the paternity and custody does not drag out for much longer.
I listen to these talking heads on TV but I also know how the media just likes to bring out the negativity in everything. They are trying to keep viewers on the edge of their seats and tuned in. One of these judges are going to finally stand up and take a stand for that baby.

I do too!!!!! I can't imagine how she is dealing with all this lunacy. Dannielynn's is her grand-baby and until the father's identity is sorted out, Virgie should have custody. What they are doing to that precious baby is hideous!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let's not forget that there are 2 former nannies who have said Dannielynn was being starved while in HKS's possession. :(

Well you know we all have voices and there are newspapers over there that have editorial columns in them. We can also contact the US Embassy in the Bahamas and Bahamian Government and let them know just exactly how much of an American eye is on the Bahamas right now for them to make the right call when it comes to this baby.
They clearly need to understand that the baby is a US citizen and that we will not tolerate them holding her hostage and that the baby has the right to know who her real father is and that the DNA swabs should be done now.
I'm glad you're optomistic. But with two different countries involved, I just can't be so optomistic. I'm too cognizant that too many money-grubbing attorneys have their hands out and the longer this drags on the more money they will make over the long haul.. They could give a rat about Dannielynn. I fear this is another Aruba and Dannielynn is going to be the loser over the long term. It may end up taking some sort of organized boycot of the Islands to effect some salvation for that baby.
Pepper, don't forget if they give Virgie custody in the Bahamas Larry cannot sue in the USA to undo what the court over there does. Right now, I'd just feel better if Childrens Services took temporary custody of that baby.

I'm trying to remember exactly where that came out, it was about a week ago and said if custody is granted to someone in the Bahamian courts it would be very, very difficult to undo here in the USA, which was one reason Opri really needs to get Larry recognized as the legal father in the Bahamas.
No, I don't think it was a news show. It was one of the many articles we had here a week or so ago. There has been so many now they start to run together. If I find it again tomorrow with a clearer mind, I will post the source.
