KE is relating a conversation. Steines asks about a will and she says she's sure there isn't a recent one because she was doing hers and HKS remarked to Anna that if something happened to them they needed to decide what would happen to Dannielynn..

I do a lot of internet research myself. I drive car salesmen, real estate agents and attorneys crazy with my research! !Even with treating my cat's illnesses. I drive my vet crazy too! lol! i learn a lot this way though!

I just watched a video on ETonline.com with KE and she says that she was working on her will and must have mentioned it to HKS and Anna. Howard then says to Anna...we need to work on your will in case something happens to us and we need to take care of Dannielynn.

How nice for HKS that that was captured on video. What're the chances of that? ....oh wait, this is HKS the video creep we're talking about...nevermind. Man alive, ET is working overtime covering HKSA.

I think a DNA test will be ordered on the baby this Friday in the Bahamian courts. There will be a deadline date set on it that will be at least 2 weeks long. Stern will stall it as long as he can.

In the meantime we will learn exactly the cause and manner in which Anna died.

I have a feeling that Perper had planned to call Anna's death a homicide and that the delay was not really a "delay".

I think the delay was so that police could pull together a stronger case against Stern and Kapoor. I think they both will go down for manslaughter and not 1st degree murder.

Why I think this is... many of the prescription drugs that were in the hotel room were in Stern's name. I have feeling that Anna was loaded up with prescription drugs that were in Stern's name even though the drugs were for Anna (double dipping on prescriptions by putting some of them in Stern's name). I think that Kapoor was well aware of the double dipping Anna was doing on her drug prescriptions.

So here is what Perper has... many drugs in Anna's system that were drugs in Stern's name - the drugs are the final reason she died. Perper wants to speak with Kapoor because he wants to know if Anna also had prescriptions for these same drugs in her name (verifying that she had prescriptions also for them). Kapoor is not talking because he really does not care if Stern goes down for manslaughter of Anna. But if Kapoor tells Perper that yes he was prescribing the same drugs to both Anna & Stern, then it can easily proven that Kapoor was abusing his drug dispensing license and Kapoor probably has many more secret clients other than Anna & Stern. Now LE would have 2 people (Kapoor & Stern) that can go down for manslaughter as their is probably no medical records for Stern in Kapoors office. Kapoor was probably writing out the same prescriptions and giving Stern & Anna each their own so that Anna could double dip on her prescriptions. If Kapoor was writing double prescriptions in just one or more of Anna's names then someone may catch on (some of these drugs are regulated in the US.) It also could be that Anna was doing more than double dipping. She may have been triple dipping or more with Kapoor with Kapoor's knowledge. It could be also that they were selling or giving out the spare drugs to friends.

Your vole/cat story reminded me of an incident I had a couple of Springs ago. It was a beautiful day. I had all the doors and windows opened and was mopping my kitchen floor. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Dunbar (my Manx cat) carrying a twig into the house. Oh well, I said to myself, I'll pick it up after mopping. A few minutes later, Dunbar was hissing at and cautiously circling the "twig", which kept coiling and trying to strike my poor cat. It turned out to be a baby timber rattler. I picked up my mop bucket and turned it upside down over the rattler, water and all. The "twig" stayed put until Mr. RR came home and took care of it with a hoe. To this day, I cannot believe the cat wasn't struck. He is always bringing interesting things home.......usually dead things...... rabbits, mice, wild turkey chicks, chipmunks, etc. Ah, the joys of country living.

OMG....nooooooooooooooooo....the only DNA testing in the Bahamas is a blood test. No swab. And Stern can't order it for DL because it's considered a "battery".....DL could ask for it when she's of age. VOMIT!!!

Anyone watching CourtTV?

The court in the Bahamas cannot order someone to submit to a DNA test. Under the Children's Act, when there's a question of paternity, the court may DIRECT that it should be obtained, but cannot order it. The court can only ADVISE that it be done.

Also, in the Bahamas, DNA can only be determined by a BLOOD test...no cheek swab.

I knew it, Stern planned this very, very, well.

I wonder if LB or VA lawyers can somehow compel the hospital in the Bahamas to give over the baby's medical records, dna, ect.

Maybe that can be a new legal tract?

Bahamas court not likely to give custody to someone who will take the child out of the jurisdiction.
