G - Do you have any way of knowing if any drugs were taken out of her room after she died?
G - So this is your best estimate of what was in that hotel room?

G - To determine cause and manner of death do you think it's important to determine (who Katz is) or not?
G - Did you hear that ANS had trouble that morning - even going to the bathroom?
G - Did you find out how weak she was?

P - My understanding it was in a duffle bag.
G - Do you know if she needed help taking the Chloral Hydrate like she needed help going to the bathroom?
P - It's not difficult if she wanted to have done it.
G - Don't mean to be argumentative, but if she was so weak she needed help for the bathroom - she needed help to go to the duffle bag to search for the Chloral Hydrate which ultimately led to her death.
P - I don't know -------------According to Mr. Stern, he didn't give her Chloral Hydrate.
G - You are a medical doctor, correct? Not a PhD, but medical ----- and a lawyer.

G - If someone is so extremely weak that they needed help to the bathroom, in your medical knowledge, would you ever give the person sleeping medication in that condition?
P - I don't think a reasonable person would do that, especially in the morning -------
G - Repeats above scenario.
P - You have to remember, Miss Smith was the Queen of her realm ------- she was not a child and no one claims she was not in possession of her faculties, so if somebody gave her the drug, it's not wise for sure - not homicide for sure either.
G - So you say she's the Queen and could have what she wanted - where do you get that information?
P - Everybody - whatever she said - this was her personality.

P - Everybody told me that - Howard K. Stern, Dr. Eroshevich, the bodyguard.
G - Very weak woman - Chloral Hydrate contributing factor in death - how did she get it from the duffle bag - and when you talk to the people to find out what she's like, you talk to the very people who are in the room at the time. Dr. Eroshevich has written a laundry list of drugs to her, Howard K. Stern, the bodyguard sources are people - quite reasonably - a good investigator would have some skepticism about.
P - You have to look at the evidence that's available to you --- Only evidence - You can't count speculation.
G - In terms of speculation, I think it's speculation to think she took the Chloral Hydrate alone - I don't know that she didn't - I would be skeptical if she can't even go to the bathroom alone - I would wonder how she got to the duffle bag alone.

I see Chloral hydrate on that list as "mls", liquid (syrup) form. Not knowing the full description in the second column, I can only guess that's the amt. of liquid remaining. I haven't seen the document.

windchime...I specifically remember and being surprised that Perper's answers to both these questions was NO!!
Well - that - but my OPINION is Stern had been pushing Daniel away from Anna - just as he pushed everyone else in her family away from her.....and Daniel finally reached an age where he was taking some action - talked to the PI - and what John OQuinn claimed this week on Greta's program is that Daniel went to Anna for money to pay for the PI's work - and STERN FOUND OUT ABOUT IT!!!! and decided he had to get rid of Daniel......Daniel was afraid of Stern. Stern knew that if a PI got the facts of how he was feeding Anna the drugs and controlling her as he was, that Anna would get rid of him....Stern could not chance that. And, no doubt, there was total rage at Anna for her love for her son and no love for Sterntoad....but I think both murders were self-preservation motivated - which does include the money angle - but I think more immportantly for Daniel's case - Stern saw his little kingdom going bye bye.
Found this on chloral hydrate:

patients taking medications is a sense of altered taste."
I wonder if the CH wasn't put in one of the pop cans or mixed with something and put in that jar beside her bed. Something else, I believe, that Perper did not test to see what it was.
And, when mixed with other solutions, CH CAN be injected.
I am wagering HKS will succeed in holding up the inquest into Daniel's death - permanently....because of his allies in the corrupt Bahamian government - we will never hear the truth about Daniel's death.
I wonder what the TOTAL amount was of CH that Anna ingested. If a normal dose disapates in 4 minutes...how much must she have taken in for any amount for it to still show up in her bile hours later and after death?
I think you're probably right, but then if that happens, in the meantime, there should be SOME recourse/investigation by the US into his death. Even if it has to be initiated by Vergie.
What I hope HKS Does NOT succeed in doing, is coercing the Bahamian govt. into any further delay in the DNA disclosure.

He is easily fatigued and suffers from attacks of easily induced syncope . There are signs of gastro-intestinal irritation, and a tendency to cutaneous eruptions of an erythematous type . The patient may succumb to a dose only slightly larger than usual."
Gloria Allred is another person who has surprised me. In view of her background of standing up for children, I had expected her to come out screaming to get the baby away from HKS. Instead, she sounded again like she is on his team. I cannot figure that out. Why is she willing to sound like an idiot for HKS? Perhaps she has represented Erosevich in the past?
Have you noticed a lot of the lawyers/commentators on TV have been going after "the doctor who prescribed these med". I think that doctor is their foot in the door to HKS. Get her to talk and you can nail him.
Where did you find that information? Drugstore.com has Carispordol as a generic of Soma.
If not a psuedonym, perhaps Dr. Alexander Katz (Massachusetts) is a relative of KE or Stern. All are of a Jewish heritage. Katz interned in Kursk, Russia. KE's family was from Minsk, Russia. Who knows about Stern's!
