STERN: `BIRKHEAD HAS GOT HIS DATES WRONG'

ANNA NICOLE SMITH's longtime companion and lawyer, HOWARD K. STERN, has challenged the tragic model's ex-boyfriend over claims he's her daughter's biological father, insisting his dates don't add up.

Filing an appeal in the Bahamas-based DNA battle for paternity of baby DANNIELYNN, Stern claims his love rival, LARRY BIRKHEAD, can't be the father.

In his affidavit, the lawyer reveals Birkhead and Smith's romance ended "well before the preceding 280th day (pregnancy period) from the birth of Dannielynn Howard Marshall Stern." Stern, who is named as the baby's father on her birth certificate, also insists that, despite claims to the contrary, his late girlfriend never "resided" with Birkhead at his California home.

Stern's appeal will be presented in court on Monday (02APR07).

Can't recall exactly. Greta was grilling him on why people who supposedly cared for her and knowing that she was so weak would feed her CH.

I think it's entirely possible that ANS had self-esteem and confidence issues. The public face is not always what exists privately.

Ok...just caught a few minutes of Greta and got bumped...was Greta asking about how weak Anna was as it related to her having to get to the guest suite on her own to find the CH?

I know I mentioned that days ago. But, if that's where the CH was, it certainly is hard to believe that she needed help to the bathroom, but then trapsed to the other end of the suites to get CH...

Yeah, that line of Perper's about how it can't be murder because she would have known if someone tried to give her CH is just such hooey!!

Guy's losing it. He's not making sense anymore. (not that he ever did, but now he's spiralling outta control. He's in the early stages of a Wecht-like breakdown)

Greta came *this close* to asking him why he was taking the word of the last person to see Anna alive. She used more diplomatic language of course. His answer was "we have no contradictory evidence". Here's an idea Dr. Pepsi, throw out whatever HKS et al told you. Have the police investigate them.

And Perper defends his conclusion of accidental death because she would have known if someone tried to give it to her?

We've probably gone over this already way back on the old thread. But could Howard have had Anna have that c-section early to throw off the dates to make LB think the baby wasn't his?

That is exactly her point with Perper,if she needed help to the bathroom how did she get the drugs.He said they were in the bag-where was the bag.He didn't answer-Then he said Howard did not give them to her per Howard but if she wanted them someone would have given them to her.When asked who thought she was Quenn-he said Howard,bodyguard-nurse and people around her.

Well it's not his job I guess,it was up to the police to figure the rest out.Where was the bag.That good old duffel bag.

Greta asked him a lot of questions in this format: Dr Perper did you ask this? Did you ask that? Sometimes he said that question wasn't pertinent to his investigation, other times he said no. When asked if he asked HKS or Dr. E if they gave Anna the drugs he said "no i didn't ask that. I asked if they knew anything about the drugs and they said they did not". That just rings untrue. Like a major lie on Dr. Perpers part.

I'm not, especially after Greta's show tonight. Did you hear the pill count and all the pill prescsribed to HKS and even KE that were intended for ANS.

IIRC...in the autopsy report...the report from the HRC...didn't it mention what drugs were in her room? I do not think that HC was listed as one of the items in her room. I'll try to go back and look to be sure...

Oh there was one interesting tidbit about the drugs. And try to catch the details of this when you watch the rerun cuz i can't remember the specifics.

There were two drugs which when are taken together are very dangerous. And Dr. E wrote two prescriptions on the very same day. One of them was to Howard for dangerous drug A. And the other prescription was to herself for dangerous drug B.

I need more clues - there are a whole bunch of people named that. LOL, I cross-referenced one who has lived in all the same places as the players - Encino, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Studio City, W Hollywood, N Hollywood, Santa Monica. Too funny.

Problem is, that isn't a real person, in all likelihood. ANS used Michelle Chase so much that "she" shows up in databases, with no other known info, lol.
