I have a question. If Larry gets DL and Stern comes back to US, and the Inquest goes forward inspite of Stern not showing up as a witness, but it turns out he's a "person of interest", will US extradite him back to the Islands for a trial?

Howard is objecting to DNA testing based on the lack of evidence presented to the court by LARRY BIRKHEAD. He claims there is no evidence that Larry is the father, at least none so far that has been submitted to the Bahamian court. Howard's team believes the judge violated the statute pertaining to DNA collection because Larry didn't sufficiently rebut Howard's presumption of paternity. To secure the paternity test, they're making a case that Larry must first offer proof of evidence that he is the father, and also prove his relationship with Anna didn't end 280 days before the birth of Dannielynn.

And, he is supposed to do this -- how -- without the DNA test?

What I think she nailed that is important though, is you don't find chloral hydrate unless you specifically look for it.

I believe when i first came up with the quack theory about the botox or some other substance that isn't detectable in autoposy, someone else came up with Chloral Hydrate as something more reasonable than botulitum toxin. We speculated that even tho the drug isn't supposed to be detectable there is probably a way that an ME can determine its existence. Perhaps someone was looking at us. And then the laundry list of drugs came to light. It's discouraging that all our ideas, theories, explanations were for naught. Hopefully, the Feds are just biding their time.

In the case of Daniel, with ANS dead, wouldn't this be Virgie? Yet, I heard yesterday her attorneys were not going to be allowed to ask questions. I don't see HKS has any standing in the case of Daniel, ergo, Munroe should have zero say in this matter other than if he believes HKS has contingent liability and it is HIS conduct in question for Daniel's death.

Either way, Virgie is an interested party and should be allowed to question.

Basically, the hosts were discussing exactly what Greta was last nite, ie, can LB Cali lawyers get jurisdiction over the DNA in OH.

All agreed they could try, and then speculated on if Opri still was, or could be again, LB rep in CA.

Pro then speculated that the judge in the Bahamas could be open to it, altho there was not much specifics discussed.
