I know. I was thinking maybe Allred is po'd because she wanted the Birkhead gig and Opri got it.
I never heard anything about California this week.
It would seem there are reasonable questions as to whom the biological father is based on the testimony of Thompson and Shelley. The proof is that ANS and HKS did move to the Bahamas and are using every possible Bahamian law to evade any tests to definitively identify the biological father.
DL has a right to know who her father is and live with him.
Man is sick... so is the Florida team that let him go and emboldened his actions in the Bahamas. Only one reason to steamroll the inquest... he knows he likely will be indicted for murder or manslaughter.

The 'legal' father has been in violation of the Conventions posted by KsSunflower in post #14,421.
DL would be in safe, loving care with Virgie. The Virgie/Larry teams need to employ whatever they can to get that child away from HKS.

Why the wait?
Because the baby is in the Bahamas and the Bahamian courts are being given the chance to handle the manner correctly. (as in unseal the DNA results and award Larry custody of the baby)
Do you not find it odd that the Ohio DNA expert will not be in the Bahamas on April 3rd due to other pending issues? (this why the DNA results will not be unsealed on April 3 - not because of the Bahamian judge or the DNA appeal made by Stern at this time - The sealed DNA results will be hand delivered to the Bahamian Judge when the Ohio DNA expert can return to the Bahamas - if he ever does.)
Do you know anything about the PI (investigator ?) that has been interviewed on many shows? Daniel was wanting to hire him to check out people around his Mom. He seems pretty legit, just saw him again on Showbiz Tonight.

It sure screams loudly that the bio dad IS NOT HKS.
The specimens are completely used up during the testing.
All that remains now is the final results.
They remain at in the hands of the Ohio DNA expert until he returns to the Bahamas. As it stands "the Bahamian Sealed Order" is still being followed "for now" but they are out Bahamian jurisdiction and that jurisdiction card has not played yet.
His card was found in Daniels pockets (guess Howie didn't search his pockets that closely) and the Bahamian police flew to California to interview him. I think he's legit, especially since they went to him instead of vis-versa.
Got it. So they can try and demand the results through the courts in california because of the standing order and the fact that the results are on US soil
OK - I think this was the one that was set back to May 14th and I didn't cross it out on my calendar - it had been Mar 28 - Schnider to decide on whether to enjoin HKS in the Birkhead suit.
And Opri has to stay until Apr 23rd, from what I put in my notes.

We're getting different information about this:
I've read that all Daniel's clothing was confiscated by the police but the pants were missing.
Then there's the story about Ford Shelley witnessing HKS dumping pills from the pants into a toilet. Same pants Daniel was wearing that night? If so, why weren't they being held by the police as evidence?
I do too and I have not heard anyone question him. Never have been able to catch his name. Would be nice if he was on the Witness List.
