The whole sample is used during the DNA test - there is nothing left. They run 16 tests on 1 swab to get the full DNA profile mark up.

I'm hoping that LB's legal team DID have it in the works because, now that it's been broadcast, there's less chance of preempting any order that might be issued by the Bahamas.
Aaaahhh I understand, I can't believe I missed that. I was all excited when Greta brought this up tonight. Does the lab have order to destroy the specimens or can California possibly demand just the result?
This is the first i've heard Allred on this subject. And i've seen very little of Lisa Bloom too. Very surprised at both of them on this.

I guess we could make a correlation between the GOP and the DEM's.... with the GOP always playing fair and Dems playing dirty... guess all Stern's attorney's are Dems (we know Lilly Sanchez is).
You are behind then.... the whole thing rolled to a stop and Team Stern got their way, the Supreme Court of the Bahamas has to hear and decide if an inquest goes ahead and how. Stern is very scared of something he is only a witness at.... oh, and to do all this munroe is trying to rewrite Bahamian law.

There was supposed to be a hearing on the paternity suit day before yesterday in CA and I never heard a thing about whether it happened or was postponed.
I thought it probably would be, because of the rigamarole still involved in removing Opri, but nobody seemed to report it - but then again, I missed hundreds of posts the past 2 days.
