But unless you have all the info that is on this thread, I don't know how a jury can make the decision.
I like this guy, Pol Pinder, and the big guy that Greta has interviewed for several nights. Nice people.
For some reason, she's been defending HKS for quite awhile now. She is now interviewing "Pro" Pinder, who just suggested HKS was "doth protest too much". Maybe - just maybe - HKS's attorneys will annoy the Bahama Court with all their protests, and they'll make them follow the law!

I'm wondering if she has Howard's video talents and when we see videos of Howard and Anna (like explaining Danny's depression) or the "I Hate Momma" video, KE is running the camera. You don't have to be a rocket scientist. Editing takes a little more talent but ET could sit with Howard and do that.
I think Pinder packs alot of weight on the Island. He probably sits around with his legal buddies over a nice cold beer, and they all laugh their asses off at how they are going to hand Howard his head!

I don't know. I've been wondering the same thing. Did the court allow HKS to strike some jurors?
Under their system, is it possible for the lawyer of a witness in an inquest to "strike" some jurors? I didn't think so.
I think it's not good for HKS. Especially if any of them are mothers. And remember their decision doesn't have to be unanimous, only a majority.
If she was the one responsible for having Methadone shipped to the Bahamas, that is illegal. And if she did was any of it perscribed to Daniel.
Now what they (Bahamas LE) or the US will do about it, is yet to be seen.
Barth already lost in Seidlin's Court. Howard was supposed to have ALL RIGHTS to the body, funeral etc. and that simply didn't happen.
I had thought it was "Pol", but CTV had it as "Pro" on the bottom of the screen.
