Thread Number Two
Yes! There are 40 witnesses, but I'm not sure where to find it here.
btw, there are 40 witnesses set to testify and HKS gets to go last.
Sounds like he didn't know for sure.

Wow - thanks for that investigation marathon re: the people in the Bahamas have a lawsuit fest for their major pasttime. And it seems Sterntoad has recruited one of the experts in Bahamian jurisprudence (so to speak)...with his appeal of the paternity test order - as we all knew he would. It's a shame that Pro Pinder so far has not proved equal to team Stern in the Bahamas legal maneuvering. Once again, Stern wins (though we don't know how the Judge will rule - but the stupid legal guy on Greta said Sternteam had a point in what they filed about.)
They didn't check her hair for Methodone because it was unrelated to the cause of her death.
Human Growth Hormone was found but was not contributory, even though the person prescribing it might be in trouble.
Alcohol was not found - she could have had a couple of drinks - but they did not affect her drug intake adversely.
(one thought - with all the drugs she had in her system - she may have been out drinking and look plastered on 2 drinks)
If you say so, I'll go with that but I still believe Stern will find ways to throw legal monkey wrenches into this. It's what lawyers do to buy time when they need it and Stern needs more time apparently to figure out a way to keep the baby.
Pinder told Greta he has NEVER ever heard of anyone challenging the bias of a Bahaman jury OR having them questioned for bias.
Well he has won every time so far.....
"Can he undo what's already been done?"
I believe the appeal just means that he's asking that the results of the test not be revealed.
They said on Greta's that Howard doesn't leave the house. If I were him, I think I'd be afraid to leave, too. It seems that the people there really like Larry, and are not very fond of HKS.
They won't be released.
BS about urging her to go to hospitsl. I would sooner believe that she BEGGED them to take her to the hospital and they refused telling her she couldn't go and risk the doctors there finding out she still had methadone in her system!!!! At all costs, Stern wanted the methadone OUT of her system as much as he could get before he and KE killed her. AT all costs, he did not want her to go to the hospital - it would ruin the planned murder. IMHO, of course.
Like with the legal issues with the house? Or the coronor's inquest? To me it doesn't look like things move very fast at all in the Bahamas or at least not the cases involving Howie.
Agreed. They won't be released on April 3 anyway.
Not next week for sure, but I'm beginning to wonder if they ever will be.
You realize he has a passport, don't you?
Howie can't take the baby out of the Bahamas though.
I'll bet Larry has something and knows by now...poop, spit up...hair...whatever.
Don't you think?
