Ifthe appeal is denied at the Bahamina level - it stops right there. It does not go to the UK.

Exactly! I wondered why they were pinning their hopes on something that had already been overturned elsewhere!
You make very good points. Anything is possible with this group. It could also be they gave her more of the CH because KE hadn't returned yet and they gave her too much. Whatever happened, they all had a hand in her death, imo.
Good! They did keep some hair! Not tested, but they do have it.
No alcohol in her system...must have been rumors.
What did he say about testing her hair, or not?
I didn't know a witness list for the inquest had been released! Has it?

Just think that KE left after 3 days of detox because her job was over and the final deed was in the works. And she knew it. She and Stern knew what was going down. Taz, Moe, Brigitte surely did not.
Anna was TOLD she was going to the Bahamas - to detox - and the boat story was a cover to make sense about them going to FL and leaving her baby. No doubt Taz and Moe and Brigitte were told the same.....(remember they had the pledge of confidentiality) - they were going to FL so anna could detox so she could be lucid at the upcoming inquest and not be in danger of losing the baby by appearing incoherent.
Anna bought that. Taz, Moe, Brigitte bought that.
In actuality, Stern and KE knew Anna was not going to finish detoxing. She was going to be gotten rid of by using the cover of the detox - to justify giving her all the other meds - esp the Chloral Hydrate - to "get her through the detox". While it was actually used to kill her.
When she died, Stern swore the "team" to continued confidentiality about the detox = and gave them all the "script" - the fever on Monday, the getting better, the stomach flu, etc. Stern was convinced by KE that the Methadone would not show up as the major drug that killed her even just after detoxing for 3 days or it could have been longer if they started in the Bahamas and then continued in FL - as it did in Daniel's body - and she was right. Mission accomplished - put Anna through HELL that last week - (remember blood in the stomach from the initial autopsy???)......and then kill her with the Chloral Hydrate interacting with the rest of the drug cocktail....doing exactly what KE told Stern it would do.

All of the above take time and if his appeal is accepted, Stern will definitely get at least one more court date out of this. All I'm saying is that he is deliberately delaying this...stretching it out as far as he can. And I believe the Bahamian court will move slowly. Look at what's going on with that house.
I saw it on TV last night. I saw it on two diff channels. Which two? Can't remember. Did a little googling today to no avail. That's your forte....(hint hint)

I'm glad they have it, but why take it if they had no intention of testing it, and why wasn't it tested? did he say?
