Saw the Sanchez interview...you gave an excellent recap. I tell you, the media types are pretty ticked about being "threatened" by the HKSternians.
IIRC Larry said something at one time that Anna had drugs missing and that Daniel took them...so make of that what you will...it can mean a variety of things.

I have always found Jackie Hatten to be very believable. She is angry, grieving and observant. She does not sound defensive, scared or stupid like HK$' attorneys.
Jackie probably feels somewhat responsible for her brother Mark Hatten's situation and doesn't say too much about it -perhaps because Mark Hatten will be released soon and may file a lawsuit against HK$ as well as publishing a book.
Jackie is respectful of Virgie even tho' Anna apparently told her about her dysfunctional childhood. She is supportive of Larry, loved Daniel and is terrified for DL.
We need more outspoken Jackie Hattens who know the truth.
Good signs - she is consistent and fearless.
Yes - I do think Sanchez was insinuating that the only reason people think neg. of Howard is because of what Ford Shelley has said to the media - that none of it is true and that it's only Ford Shelley' word and that of people surrounding him.
Just to play the other side of the fence - I heard that Howard was accusing Ford Shelley (before Anna died) of trying to frame him in the death of Daniel - has that ever been verified and what exactly was said?

I have not seen Larry's interviews. Don't trust written 4th hand reports.
Could be that Anna had drugs missing and that Daniel took them so she couldn't take them.
Takes courage and love to do that! Stern should have done more of this type of "taking" and less "giving".

IMHO there was never any attempt at a definitive De-Tox regimen. As stated before - the Methadone was left in the Bahamas - then when Anna showed signs of withdrawal symptoms - KE improvised with Chloral Hydrate.
OR
Someone forgot to bring the Methadone, or felt it too risky to get it back into the Bahamas, or thought they could get a replacement supply in Florida..but KE was not a licensed MD in Florida and her script for ClassV drug was turned down for FDA interstate approval.

The few videos I have seen of ANS with HKS and KE have left a scary impression, of something not being right, almost as if ANS is kept under guard.

DEA approval.
Forgot to add - this is why I believe the FBI is following this murder case - there are Federal laws that have been violated. Interstate and international transportation of controlled substances.
ANS was a 39 year old woman. She could ambulate and did not have any type of physical disabilities. Why is it that HKS is so often referred to as her "caregiver'? It's ridiculous and if she was as strong as Perper says why the heck would she need a caregiver and why the heck doesn't he realize how much of a conflict was going on. She needed caregivers because she was so doped up..she was so doped up BECAUSE she had caregivers. Horizons was nothing but a fancy crack house.

I read a week or so ago he was charged with mail fraud at one point something like 84 counts. I haven't gone to Wikipedia to read the whole dirty story on the man, but PAmom shared some really interesting stuff on Wecht and Perper and why they dispise each other.

The ME carried out bags of things from the room, but Howie didn't go to the hospital with ANS and I find it suspicious, gave him a chance to clean the scene somewhat before the police arrived to seal the room.

Did you see her on CTV this morning? We had a workman appear at the house right as she came on so I (thankfully) missed her session.
