Lots of error messages. When I posted, it showed "error," so I tried many times. Thank goodness they all didn't come through, but one did, even though it showed "error." Glad I checked, or else I would have had 10 duplicate posts.
ANS - Daniel just called - he needs money - so I shall write him a check when he comes for a visit.
HKS- What do you mean? That grown man is asking his mother for money? Well I never!!!

Wow - I hope the new poster joins us and tells all. He or she should not be afraid - we are all just speculating here.
I wonder if the Dr and Stern were selling drugs on the island?
Especially for favors with various gov officials.
PI up now on CTV...
Daniel wanted Criminal Background Check on Stern and "cohorts" who lived with his mother.
Stern was giving mind bending drugs and not allowing him access to his mom.
Didn't like Stern, was manipulating his mother and was pushing him out of the family, just as with her mom.
Martino and Daniel didn't like Stern.
Anna was going down hill, he blamed Stern.
Q-Did Stern have ill-will towards Daniel?
Daniel felt that Stern didn't want him to have involvement with his mother.
Sanchez, also up next. PI staying, as well.

This contradicts earlier statements that ANS was a hypochondriac. With a temperature of 105 degrees, I doubt she would have had the strength to protest going to the hospital.
Which one of Stern's attorneys threatened the media about their negative comments about him?
That's what i said when i saw that laundry list of drugs req'd by Dr. E and the quantities therein.

Only common known drug DS and ANS...was Benydryl. Daniel had 7 drugs in his system.

Never saw any indication that Daniel had any sort of a drug problem.
Shocked at Daniel's untimely death because Daniel was completely against drugs and he doesn't believe what Stern has been saying publicly about his relationship with Stern. Daniel hated Stern.
Feels that drugs were slipped to Daniel. Will not believe that Daniel was taking the drugs.
Darn, I missed it until the end, heard something about an opened soda can?
The PI just said that Howard had given Daniel drugs in past - did I hear that right?
Bryant said police took open soda bottle from Anna's room.
Don't know what happened with Sanchez....had a wierd commercial break...must not have been able to hook up.

Is the PI on the witness list?? He seems to have a lot to say about Daniel's relationship with Stern.
Jami Floyd on Court TV referred to Shrecht...oops I mean Wechht as her "HERO". She was so pro Stern yesterday it was pathetic.
I wish Ray Martino would speak publicly - he probably has so much info.

It sounds like he can coroborate the statements of the PI. Daniel's feelings about Stern, Daniel's drug situation....
Maybe he's getting ready to go public, because until just a couple of days ago, the PI wouldn't even identify Martino. And now he has appparently been given the go ahead.
The PI said yesterday that Martino is afraid of Stern.
I keep thing back to what Mark Hatten has said about Howard trying to OD him - I wish he weren't such a character so we could put more stock into what he says - but if his story is true - then Daniel was probably very frightened of Howard's capabilities. Daniel would have been about 13 at that time and must have been frightened - but probably didn't start to put things together till he got a bit older. I'm sure Howard was telling him back then that he was trying to help Mr. Hatten by injecting him while he was unconcious. I wonder what Anna was doing at the time?
I know the ishowardkstern...gal has some questions in to Mr.s Hatten trying to establish his credibility and truthfulness in this matter - I hope she finds out and posts more. Has Hatten taken a polygraph - I think so but can't remember.
Afraid as in how I wonder? If I wasn't in Howard's immediate proximity I wouldn't be afraid of him. As long as I spoke the truth I wouldn't be afraid of him legally. Maybe Howard's got some dirt on him - I think he probably plays the blackmail/extortion game.
