After reading the complete report, I would compare it with most "overdose" reports I've read, this one being more detailed and comprehensive with regard to the drug screens. Additionally, it's not often that so many consults are obtained. I think the pathology portions of the report will survive scrutiny, other parts seem sketchy, IMO, due to interviews with TeamStern.
Banfield really doing a great job! Saying the only people there were sycophants who are "hangers' on".
OOOH! Stern's attorney said to have sent out press release telling media to correct their reporting or face legal action.

Ha!!! Yesterday, A threatening press release went out to all of the media from HKS and his attorneys!!

According to Ashlee Banfield...who stated as reporters, we have a constitutional right to ask questions.

Ashley says that the press has the right to ask questions and ended by saying that is her response to Stern's attorneys, followed in closing with "read the constitution".
Whoo...press doesn't take kindly to being threatened.

Common sense says...
You are the father, take the paternity test.
You are innocent, allow the jury to hear the facts.
You don't own the home and aren't paying rent, get out.

I thought they were all suspicious of HKS, but her comments made me sick today. I didn't even like what Greta was saying to O'Quinn last night. When O'Quinn was accusing Stern, not of murder, but of supplying and administering drugs to Anna, Greta said something to the effect of....how could you say that, John... it can't be proven he gave them to her.
I was really disappointed in her comments.

Oh, now I get it....my previous comments today talked about how disappointed I am of the media. All of a sudden, starting last night, they're all for HKS.
Now I understand why.
What does she look like? Is she being sarcastic? In my wildest dreams I could not imagine Howard being a babe magnet. I thought he was gay.
If he IS so INNOCENT, what is he worrried about a jury for?
And, if they weren't before, maybe public outrage could prompt them.

It was one thing for the press to give them ANY time yesterday to do their little SPIN dance, but then to turn around than threaten legal action agains them is just beyond the pale. I hope the media goes after him now more than ever!!!
My main concern is, if I'm right about Sterns, the closer he comes to losing, the more dangerous he is going to become to Danielynn and possibly even himself...men like him DO NOT lose..if I am to believe that there is a chance he would harm Daniel, what's to stop him from doing something to a child who's not his either?

Did anyone hear who it was that Ashlee CTV was just on the phone with? He said that Daniel was drug free, per the man who had been taking care of him...the man's name is in People Magazine??
