LOL! That reminds me of when I was a student nurse, about 20 years old, and working in the OR. One of the nurses was taking notes on a patient who had pus in a wound. This nurse asked the doctors how to spell "pussy"....pronounced, of course, to rhyme with "us" or "pus." The doctors thought for a minute then everyone cracked up.

Just read the article, and she does sound like a formidable foe! However, I'm a strong believer that no matter how smart someone is, there is always someone smarter. Hope our side can find them!

Wecht was just on CTV, and he said we (those who are against HKS) are just plain wrong. He's one who, IMO, thinks more of himself than is deserved. There are plenty of forensic pathologists and M.E.'s smarter and more competent than him (I hope).

Sterns afraid the Bahamian jurors are already biased against him. Damn straight they are! They need time to go out and find some jurors that are in his camp.

We're told hospital employees will be among the first witnesses, however, Larry Birkhead is scheduled to testify today or tomorrow. TMZ knows that Birkhead was aware of Daniel's drug use while he lived in Los Angeles. Birkhead will also testify that Stern and Anna Nicole knew that Daniel had a drug problem.

If true...this could really help HKS and makes me think back to a prediction I made a few days ago.

He certainly does have a high opinion of himself... not all that deserved IMO. It hasn't gone unnoticed he is not asked to testify at the inquest -- could it be due to a small matter of not mentioning the extreme amount of Methadone in Daniel's system?
