GOOD A.M. HONORABLE CHAIR MOST HIGH, FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA, BRUISED AND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE THAT WAY UNTIL THE U.S. GOVERNMENT MAKES SOME DECISIONS!!!!
Fema HOPES to have a height for the flooding zone set for building homes along the coast area. We are talking some 3,000 homes to be built. Condos no problem, and lots are going up here, I mean some biggies too. Just south of Waveland, MS, they have started drawing the plans to build a condo village, several condos, maybe even 10 condos and will be self contained, grocery store, pharmacy, you name it. I think they are looking at buildings 30 stories high.
They will fill up too, lots from N.O. will move here and commute the 50 miles to work.
At our church last night, we cooked boiled shrimp and some deer sausage for the crew who came down from up north and built the church, free of charge and the church national office donated the money for the materials and the labor free. Nice people, nice as could be but you know, a couple of ladies had never eaten boiled shrimp. As the custom here, we eat our boiled shrimp real spicy, they loved it..
These volunteers donate their time and do this year round, summers up north, winters down south. Now that is a Christian gift for sure.
A court hearing is to be held today on Jason's sister to see if she will stay where she is or we get her. The lady who has her now has had her since birth and really, we can understand the child staying with her but it is up to the court. We only want what is best for the child.
Thinking about doing some work on the yard with the tractor, got some dirt that needs moving and spread. Got to go and get a price on some grass seed too.
All have a good day, no, I did not win the lottery, maybe the first step is to get a lotto ticket, huh? All have a good day, a safe one, and filled with love.

Good morning.
I've noticed the global warming nuts respond to the coldest winter in years by saying that's because of global warming. They say the same thing when it's the mildest winter in years.
They've got it covered.
Lots of errands today and a Honey Do List for my husband I need to write up. He has spent too many days mesmerized by his new television and I've been patient until today :-)

You know, I seldom agree with PETA (okay, okay, never), but in this instance they really do have something. When you realize the energy spent, resources used, and emission of greenhouse gases associated with meat production EXCEED the total emissions of ALL the world's cars and trucks, combined, you realize you can make a difference and still drive a safe car instead of a tuna can. It means that each of us can thumb our noses at Kyoto by just consuming less (or no) meat.
I used to ask people if they would rather give up showers for a month or one pound of hamburger a month (1000 gallons of water or more); they usually came around to my way of thinking, LOL!
It's time Algore put his enormous buttprint where his mouth is. (That didn't make sense, but I enjoyed saying it, ha!)
