Blush! Yes. LOL You crack me up.
will do
thanks -
i might add the same for you!
I saw that. Let's see....I wonder IF we, here, in my family are allowed any credits for planting over 5,000-6,000 evergreen seedlings on vacant land. They are now 20 feet tall.
titmouse?
Wow!! You get cedit from me!....does that count?
Yeah but you are looking after teh worlds front.
I am afraid I fell off the turnip truck on this one. Crack you up? Why? Because of the name of the bird?
HOB, yes, that is the real name of that bird. It is very small and one of my favorites because it appears so delicate. It is especially beautiful in the snow. The sparkling white seems to bring out the beautiful contrast in the bird's colors.
Visit went well...
Good. And your mom, is she holding her own, too?

The latest IBD/TIPP Poll shows that two of three Americans (66%) believe a U.S. victory in Iraq is important. They also say they are hopeful we can pull it off. Nearly half (48%) believe both that victory is important and that the U.S. will win.
This points to a disconnect between ordinary Americans and the elites who run the mainstream news outlets. Think of it the media, with all their experts and experienced analysts, repeatedly ignore the ramifications of abandoning Iraq. And despite the nonstop negative coverage, Americans recognize the importance of victory in Iraq and the dangers that failure would pose for both the U.S. and the rest of the world.
Take heart folks....the masses get it... its only the elites who don't.
Yes.
Love it, love it, love it!
So glad the visit went well.
I'm feeling better, thanks. This morning was...bad.
Interesting article about the poll. Now the question is how mainstream America can pressure congress to not get us all killed by their partisan foolishness.
Don't know how I missed your cute bird pix/post to me lysie, but I did.
I've only had a jay come to my feeder once. Otherwise it was mostly cardinals, sparrows, chickadees etc.
Those cardinals would shell sunflower seeds in nothing flat and they loved them. I never thought of trying peanuts, I'm sure that's quite a sight with the smaller birds.
How is your neck, prairie? I hope you can find some relief. Wearing a collar (the kind you can buy at the drug store) has helped me in the past.
Today I went to the local GOP monthly meeting and Sen. DeMint (solid, staunch conservative) was the guest speaker. He had a lot of good points and ideas. He's endorsing Mitt but thinks Rudy would make a great president as well.
McCain had a campaign staffer at the meeting and I asked him how it was that McCain hasn't ever mentioned pro life issues before and the staffer said it's because it's not something a senator typically gets involved with. I didn't point out that a) that's demonstrably untrue; and b) that McCain ran for the presidency before and never mentioned pro life issues. The kid was a lightweight.
Anyway, I'm pretty sick of candidates running to the right and then when they win they govern from the middle. I'm going to choose a candidate who doesn't change his mind every five second.
If Hillary wins the presidency (gag), top democrats want Bill appointed to serve in her Senate seat.
