As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
On a vote of 246 to 182, mostly along party lines, the House indicated it should be National policy to shame the troops and support defeat in the current war.
Interestingly, the DemoncRATS say they don't want to repeat the finale of the Vietnam War where they pulled the rug out from under the Saigon regime, and forever became known as the party of peace at any cost. Nevertheless, that is exactly the strategy they are pursuing.
Today, the Senate will likely tell the world "wait long enough, America will leave," placing our troops in Baghdad and Iraq in even more peril.
Of course, the DemoncRATS have an answer for that--they want the President to bring the troops home. In other words, while they want an American defeat, they want it at the hands of the Republican President--to wash themselves of the Vietnam debacle.
Oh, how the ghosts of the past haunt the present.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
My father, his father, and their family were ardent Rs in the deep South....I've referred to this before, and they really couldn't stand FDR., and his high-handed methods, unconstitutional moves, and so forth. FDR really went too far as opposed to the Bush administration & what it's accused of.
But when WWII came along, my father and his brother joined the Navy, and their father did some kind of intelligence work in NO for the Navy, as a civilian. There was no question of undermining the war effort. Partisan politics were put aside! Gosh this whole thing infuriates me!
Hillary Clinton is calling for a pullout of Iraq within 90 days.

Oh dear, Rav.. do you KNOW how to do that? It can be very dangerous I am guessing.
When My furnace was out this week for a few days many people offered me advice to fix it.. then I read the warnings on the front of the furnace & decided it would be better to be cold than blown up!
It seemed to be a very easy fix for our service man but he knew what he was doing & what to look for (he also did NOT charge us... we got the furnace from him a couple years ago & he is a neighbor)
The party was good but 3 people were just getting over being sick and I think I woke up with it. It's going to be freezing in church today because it's very, very cold here and windy.
Molly it is still coming down heavily. Since I got the paper at about 4 this morning we have about 4 more inches that has accumulated on the driveway.. Not the killer snowfall of the past two weeks but I didn't know we had more in the forecast. It seems to be the big flakes..fluffy stuff that will hopefull compact.
I need to take birdseed & popcorn out for birds soon. I get a couple large bags of popcorn from the winking Lizard when I am there (went there for brew after movie last night).
Have you been to the one in Fairlawn? OUr end of tour party at Holiday Inn Hudson was for ours (Macedonia) and Fairlawn
I did the photography for it & your managers are very nice as are the servers that were there
Oh dear I hope you didn't pick up something. It is unfortunate that people who are contagious don't decline invitations.
Yes, I like the one down here, and you and I should meet for lunch sometime in the Valley...when it warms up!
I know it. I sort of don't want to go to church and maybe pass what I have along, but I'm on Altar Guild duty today.
Stay Home! That just might keep you from getting sicker!
I would but it's my turn for Altar Guild duty. There is one woman I can call at 9:00 and see if she can cover for me.
Better say farewell to all for now.. Must feed mom, pets & get ready for church. Then doggie walk & friend is cooking me dinner & I am to work on his computer.
Have a great day all
Tony Snow is on Meet the Press this morning.
Haven't watched the Sunday shows in quite a while but maybe this one is worth taping.
(My son has warned me that I'm going to burn out if my rage continues....but the dems' and renegade reps' OUTrages just keep coming, and I will not let their crimes slip by w/out exposing them.)
As if she hadn't fully supported the war before. Politicians really do rely on us to have short memories.
If I'm blown up...can you take over 101 duties?
I've got the title of my book "Goverment Incompetance" ..and what you can do about it.
maybe.. but I don't know how to make Gifs
Is this the book you are writing?
If you get blown up you will need a "ghost writer"
HAHAHHAHAHA
And she thought she got a cool reception last time she visited Iraq.. just wait until next time
what number follows 100?
