As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
On a vote of 246 to 182, mostly along party lines, the House indicated it should be National policy to shame the troops and support defeat in the current war.
Interestingly, the DemoncRATS say they don't want to repeat the finale of the Vietnam War where they pulled the rug out from under the Saigon regime, and forever became known as the party of peace at any cost. Nevertheless, that is exactly the strategy they are pursuing.
Today, the Senate will likely tell the world "wait long enough, America will leave," placing our troops in Baghdad and Iraq in even more peril.
Of course, the DemoncRATS have an answer for that--they want the President to bring the troops home. In other words, while they want an American defeat, they want it at the hands of the Republican President--to wash themselves of the Vietnam debacle.
Oh, how the ghosts of the past haunt the present.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
(Heheheheheh)
Oh my, you need a spanking.
Thanks for your fantastic links, Molly! The Hitchens review was superb! The Goldberg one is based on an electorate, like this last cycle, that got most of its information from the DBM, which despises President Bush.
We could get another foot today and tonight. Blah!
The sun is out right now. We did get about 2 inches overnight.
>>We could get another foot today
We need pics!!!!
Okay.
Good Morning.
I'm sorry to hear you're getting more ****, lysie. The sun shined here yesterday, but it is overcast today.
We will be attending an open house reception this afternoon in honor of my cousin's 50th Wedding anniversary. I'm looking forward to seeing people I haven't seen in a while.
In the meantime I need to deal with the laundry that has piled up the past few days.
The weather dude has promised temps in the 40's for tomorrow. I will wash my car. TWICE. And I hope it will be reasonably clean when I'm through. Even the roof has that white milky junk on it from the gunk the hwy crews put on the road before it snows.
This week the GA will be considering a Resolution opposing the War. I need to spend some time today putting my thoughts together and create an outline so I don't miss any of my points once I get my turn to speak.
Our deck.
From our deck to the barn.
Greg's Truck.

I read about that. Sad.
Oh my goodness....that's horrible
LOL
Jan. 2007 = 57.40"

Re: IP and cable..bought a new cable..still not working. Greg talked to a very able tech at RR.. for several hours. Many commands were tapping away...The problem is within Windows. No problem, I will just use it as a wireless.
TONY SNOW FOR PRESIDENT!
Never watch the Sunday shows and was flipping channels and came across him talking to Tim Russert. Tony is awesome!
God morning everyone.
I half listen to Chris Wallace, Sunday. Today levin told Chris that the Iraqi PM doesn't want us in Iraq. I was switching back and forth between F&F and Chris, then I went to F&F until Newt made his appearance with Chris. I keep wondering why the press keeps using polls as news. He showed a poll of presidential runners and Newt was no. 3. I didn't know he'd thrown his hat in the ring.
