Good Morining, ALL! Bright and sunny here in Music City. 12 degrees outside and I discovered I'm out of coffee! Had to go get some as a matter of priority. Absolutely no snow here, just a few flurries. Stay warm!

Coffee is not only a MUST for me, but I read an article the other day that maintained...through some study...that WOMEN who drank at least 5 cups of coffee per week (HA!) were less likely to have heart attacks.
