All this means is Sanchez wasn't satisfied with what they said. In particular, she focused on this comment from the manager, "We told our employees not to get involved so they won't get hurt."

The store did nothing wrong. This is MA, so had anyone got involved, they would have had to deal with the jackass cops, and daddy's lawyers. From the story.
