I know what you mean, but I think it's HKS's plan to have her grow up in the Bahamas, never to set foot in the US. He's the "father" on her birth certificate, he's executor of the will, etc., etc..... :(

And the Bahamian laws support that birth certificate. At least that's the story we're hearing.

Seems like HKS had all this figured out a long time ago.

Yes, it does appear that was the evil plan, but I just don't see that happening, do you? (Hope not at least!). Eventually, paternity will be established and she will be placed with her biological father, right? (I'm hoping here....)
