You're right, but they're settling this buriel thing before the paternity, which, if HKS "wins" the buriel part, and continues to be in control, they might never get to settle the DNA issue.

That's true. But we don't need the DNA results to tell us that the baby is Anna's daughter, and 15 years from now, she may wonder why her attorney or her guardian ad litem did not argue it was in her (the daughter's as next of kin) best interests to have her mother buried on US soil.

I know what you mean, but I think it's HKS's plan to have her grow up in the Bahamas, never to set foot in the US. He's the "father" on her birth certificate, he's executor of the will, etc., etc..... :(

And the Bahamian laws support that birth certificate. At least that's the story we're hearing.

Seems like HKS had all this figured out a long time ago.
