Judge Napolitano was just on again, and he said it's 'possible' that Anna's mother could inherit. He said that Florida law will not allow a baby to be disinherited, so she will receive something. HKS will not inherit, but he will receive substantial money from being the executor if the money comes through from Marshall. The judge says that HKS definitely has the right to bury her since he's the executor.

Actually, he's not the executor YET. He hasn't been appointed by a court.

And he has to be; I just went through all this; I wonder if he had her POA; because if he did, it died with her.
