There are tho....the minor child. Even tho the will said no future children....you cannot by law exclude a minor child from a will.

I see your point; when it comes to forming the trust, I doubt Howard Stern will be in charge. :-)


And considering all that has gone on, I'm expecting a court somewhere to ride roughshod all over Stern about what he is doing with the money just this very minute.

Bet the will becomes void and she is considered having died intestate. But Howard has yet to prove he has any rights in any way, shape or form. Power of attorney has limits and assuming there is one, Howard will likely be asked to put it on the table.
