It makes no sense that HKS wouldn't have had a new will drawn up the minute that Daniel died. He must be whacked out on drugs too.

I posted an excerpt from CA law about money that can't be dispersed as per the will. It is considered intestate money. It is possible that HKS could claim money as the domestic partner.
Howard was suppose to be working on contingency. So, if ANS gets a fortune from the old man....he will make his lawyers fees. If ANS doesn't get the fortune...she probably doesn't have much... except the possibility of Daniel's trust from the old man.
