These two were truly pathetic with ther sense of entitlement. They had income coming in. The Trim Spa deal, the money they received for the pictures of Daniel ($650,000), the money she got for the footage of her C-Section and other gigs. They were just slack grifters. They said they needed the money to bury Daniel well funerals are not that expensive. Where did the rest of the money go? They also sold pics of the commitment ceremony. A gift?? If it's a gift, there is no mortgage attached to it with rights of reversion. A private mortgage usually means missing only ONE payment. Since it reverted to him, he must have been holding the mortgage. Anna seemed surprised by the whole thing. Best guess, Stern spoon fed her a pile of crap. If he had gotten the property, it would simply become a liability to him. YA GOTTA PAY FOR IT!!
She'd (HKS) have to have proof of gift, though.
