I saw her on a CNN show (can't remember the name of the show) - she was pretty hard ball. She said they have attys in Florida, California and in the Bahamas actively working on Birkhead's case. She said they are checking out all their options for the best recourse to take.
(my opinion) Right now as it stands they are going to have to file in the Bahamas unless a court in the US can get the Bahama government to work with them. (which is doubtful)
Also I believe that the more claims there are of who fathered this child will only put pressure on the Bahama courts to demand that Stern have the child take in and swabbed for DNA. Once they have the baby's DNA profile they can match it up with any the so called fathers who have come forth and submitted their own DNA to see who is really the baby's father. As it stands Stern is refusing to submit his own DNA. So if none of the so called father's who are coming forth do not match up with the baby's, then Stern will still be in the clear until a match comes forth.
With Stern refusing to submit his own DNA tells me he knows the baby is not his.

Of course! If it were his, he'd have already gotten tested. He KNOWS she isn't his.

I think the extra fathers stepped forward to "help the baby" as they don't think Stern is the father either. Who witnessed him putting his name on the birth certificate. Did Anna ever verbally say Stern was the father? Or are we taking it for granted?

If the baby was his the DNA likely would have been done long ago.
If the courts in the Bahamas don't force DNA then I think a very public boycott should take place against them.
