I read about the retina damage but it's very difficult to detect and I remember Wecht?? saying something about blood vessels.

Fibers?? From her own pillow?? What would be an extraordinary amount given that she had been ill. Though I'm sure she couldn't sleep on her stomach with those two watermelons!! :-)

There is always the possibility that she was given medication to "dry up" her breast milk. Considering the multiple implants etc., her body may have been rejecting the saline/silicone in favor of natural processes.

Could have caused an infection - but would have appeared closer to the birth. IMHO
