Easy enough to confuse, particularly for those of us who remember Howard K. Smith. Not long ago, I made the same mistake when the subject of Anna Nicole Smith and her lawyer came up in conversation here at the office. Of coure, when I said "Howard K. Smith," all the youngsters were rather puzzled. Some of them probably weren't even born when Smith was a newscaster on ABC.
