I don't think they are fake. This a is large photo of the pictures from off the front page of the newspaper in the Bahamas. It would be hard to fake these photos due to how intertwined their bodies are in them.

The theory is not that the photo is photoshopped. The theory is that the chin of ANS in the picture is not the kind of chin she had when she weighed as much as she did...the jaw and chin are more angular.

We don't see anyone from the camp denying that it is her in the photo so I suppose it is real.
