It will be thoroughly investigated, but even though the creep Stern did nothing much to help her, he probably did not do anything illegal, just immoral as far as I can tell. I believe that she has been self destructing for a very long time. She should have been in a mental hospital, not boozing and Partying with all kinds of Meds in her system. She was around users and hangers on, and they took her just like she took the elderly man she Married. My best guess is that it will be ruled accidental, not homicide, and he will not get the Fortune, and he will not get custody of the Child. This is all speculation right now, but there is a behind the scenes group evaluating all the evidence and taking lots of statements from a variety of People they feel may shed light on the Death. Even after the Tox report comes back in a few weeks, there will be much more work to be done. I think Stern did not overdose her, but negligent behavior on his part certainly may have played a part in her death. We would probably all like to see him go down for this,but that decision on who is at fault for her death, may eliminate him and point right to her. Sometime things are just what they appear, and even Pond scum like him have rights. Those creeps around her, including Stern should have seen this coming.

IMHO, They strike me as the type of people who very well saw this coming and positioned themselves and events to take advantage of the situation. Not the type of person I would recommend to foster the child, though.

As of this morning, they are saying that Stern and Dannielynn are once again ensconced in The Bahamas home owned by Ben Thompson, after the Bahamians allowed Stern to change the locks back again, after Thompson had them changed on Friday.

Media over the weekend reported that Stern's mother and sister had the baby in The Bahamas, but that they were at Shane Gibson's mother's home there.

At one point, the Bahamas newspaper reported that Friday, the "friend" whose name I had forgotten last time I posted, but know now to be Khristine Eroshevich, had the baby!

I'm not sure how she relates to Anna Nicole -- she was shown in interviews with a byline saying "Good Friend of Anna Nicole's" - and has MD/PhD behind her name. I looked her up and she is a psychiatrist in Encino (L.A.).

She said Anna Nicole did not have a will. (But her CA atty for the Marshall stuff said she did have some matteras covered.) FWIW, anything Eroshevich says "as ANS's friend" might be tainted in favor of Stern. I don't know if she was Anna's shrink or Howard's or anybody's, but she came in from Los Angeles to get the boat with them, lol.

She wasn't staying at the hotel with them, because she talked about all the events in ANS's life that week and would say she "called her at the hotel" and things like that. She did seem to know every minute of it all.

What I noted was the 2nd time I watched her tell the story of how much Anna wanted to marry Howard and have a beautiful dress and a 10-karat diamond ring, which she said they were in FL to shop for (and which ET showed Anna already wearing 10 days before!) was that she said Howard kept asking Anna to marry him and she kept saying no.

Eroshevich said, "Then, *we* got Anna to say yes."

Sounds to me like she is Howard's friend and looks at this through Howard's POV. Besides being listed as a full-fledged MD psychiatrist (the pill-prescribing kind), she is older than Anna's mom and she also lists herself as a "marketing consultant."

Samantha I think you are right on.
I think it will be discovered that Stern is not the father of the baby. He will be thrown out of the Bahama House as it will be found that it was not Anna's and then Stern will be thrown out of the Bahamas.
