As of this morning, they are saying that Stern and Dannielynn are once again ensconced in The Bahamas home owned by Ben Thompson, after the Bahamians allowed Stern to change the locks back again, after Thompson had them changed on Friday.
Media over the weekend reported that Stern's mother and sister had the baby in The Bahamas, but that they were at Shane Gibson's mother's home there.
At one point, the Bahamas newspaper reported that Friday, the "friend" whose name I had forgotten last time I posted, but know now to be Khristine Eroshevich, had the baby!
I'm not sure how she relates to Anna Nicole -- she was shown in interviews with a byline saying "Good Friend of Anna Nicole's" - and has MD/PhD behind her name. I looked her up and she is a psychiatrist in Encino (L.A.).
She said Anna Nicole did not have a will. (But her CA atty for the Marshall stuff said she did have some matteras covered.) FWIW, anything Eroshevich says "as ANS's friend" might be tainted in favor of Stern. I don't know if she was Anna's shrink or Howard's or anybody's, but she came in from Los Angeles to get the boat with them, lol.
She wasn't staying at the hotel with them, because she talked about all the events in ANS's life that week and would say she "called her at the hotel" and things like that. She did seem to know every minute of it all.
What I noted was the 2nd time I watched her tell the story of how much Anna wanted to marry Howard and have a beautiful dress and a 10-karat diamond ring, which she said they were in FL to shop for (and which ET showed Anna already wearing 10 days before!) was that she said Howard kept asking Anna to marry him and she kept saying no.
Eroshevich said, "Then, *we* got Anna to say yes."
Sounds to me like she is Howard's friend and looks at this through Howard's POV. Besides being listed as a full-fledged MD psychiatrist (the pill-prescribing kind), she is older than Anna's mom and she also lists herself as a "marketing consultant."

Stern's most important statement was again talking about a "break-in" at the home "within 24 hours of Anna Nicole's death" - and wonder of wonders, "everything belonging to ANS is gone" including computers and guess what else.

Now Virgie is on, from The Bahamas. Stern had just said there's no way in hell he'll let Virgie see, touch or hold Dannielynn - he "owes Anna Nicole that much."
They cut Virgie off after she said she wasn't allowed to know where Dannielynn is. They asked if she'd seen ANS's body yet and she said no, the living baby comes first, they're holding Vickie's body and she can go back then.
Sheesh, that "break-in" is sooo convenient!

C. Recommendation to terminate the services of Board Panel Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich, M.D., Ph.D. (Memo dated July 7, 2006)
Mr. Castranova gave a brief explanation of the recommendation to terminate Dr. Eroshevich's services. It was noted that on two occasions, Dr. Eroshevich arranged for psychologists to conduct fact-to-face examination of LACERA members, which is a violation of the agreement between LACERA and Dr. Eroshevich, when only Board Certified Physicians are allowed to conduct these examinations.
A motion was made by Mr. Russin, seconded by Mr. Chery, to approve the recommendation.
The Legal Office, at the request of Mr. Russin, will review Dr. Eroshevich's invoices to ensure that charges are proper. The Legal Office will report its findings and any recommendations to the Insurance, Benefits and Legislative Committee.
The motion passed with Mr. Macias abstaining.

I noticed that also. You were watching ET? I saw it late last night, and she said that she had been with them at the hotel in FL up until Wed, and then she "left". It seemed to me that she may have been called (wherever she was) instead of 911.
Now that is weird. With her being a psychiatrist and ANS being the pliable person she seemed to be, this would seem to be easy to do - make someone do something they wouldn't normally do. IF she "loved" HKS so darn much, she would have married him in a minute.
She was creepy and when I saw MD/PhD my immediate thought was we may have the drug connection.
