Yes, he's back in the Bahamas.. with ET. they are "doing the story from the inside" and plan to have the story every night this week... so the filmed him greeting the baby for the first time since ANS died.... also farther up the thread, someone broke into ANS's house there and took pics of the fridge... methadone, some other vials we think was B-12, yougurt, slimfast, worchester sauce in the fridge.

Given the B12 injectable medicine, the protein powder in the fridge... I would bet she had gastric bypass surgery, hence the drastic weight loss. Also, this would account to why nothing was in her stomach. Typically, food is flushed out in 30 minutes or so, so would pills. So if the pills were already flushed into her intestines, they wouldn't find the actual pill itself, but it would still be absorbed into her blood stream.
Just an opinion and possiblity.
