Given the B12 injectable medicine, the protein powder in the fridge... I would bet she had gastric bypass surgery, hence the drastic weight loss. Also, this would account to why nothing was in her stomach. Typically, food is flushed out in 30 minutes or so, so would pills. So if the pills were already flushed into her intestines, they wouldn't find the actual pill itself, but it would still be absorbed into her blood stream.

Despite being attached to Anna Nicole Smith's hip for years, Howard K. Stern didn't reap much regard from her in the days before her death.
According to a New York boxing promoter cited by the New York Daily News, Smith dissed Stern at a boxing match in Florida last month. "She ignored him," said promoter and radio host Aaron Braunstein. "She treated him like a little bug. Like a mosquito." Stern claims to be the father of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn.
Meanwhile, the kind of toxic buffet that TMZ uncovered in her refrigerator yesterday put some crazy ideas into Anna Nicole's head, says her aunt. "She woke me at 3:00 AM one day saying she'd seen demons having orgies in the sky," said her aunt Elaine, as quoted in the Daily News. "You think I'm crazy," said Anna Nicole – but her aunt just said that "she wasn't on the same drugs as [Anna Nicole]."

Interesting points I had not considered, but makes a lot of sense.
While doing research, I was forced to see what RosieO had to say this morning, the first time live since her "remarks" about never wanting to see ANS's face on TV again, said the morning before ANS died a few hours later.
Among other things the moonbats and Elisabeth discussed was one I hadn't heard stated as fact yet.
They said that ANS had her TWO breast augmenations and adjustments in the five months since Dannielynn was born! I sure didn't know *that*!
(All those TV people keep calling the baby "Daniel Lynn," lol.)
