Talked to Columbo. Said to look at her "personal physian" and his relationship with Stern. What loving, caring husband would parade around his wife ON CAMERA with slurring words and bloodshot eyes.

If he has a Power of Attorney (and I'm sure he does), I'd sure like to see what it says and who else is/was involved.

Wouldn't a personal physician be obligated to honor a physicians non-disclosure? Maybe with a warrant?

You (and Det. Colombo) are spot on. Did the 'personal physician' write all of the scripts? Could this 'personal physician's' license be in jeopardy if he wrote excessive amounts of scripts...hmmm.

And as for the 'loving and caring' husband...film (shot by buddy Mark Stienes Entertainment Tonite crew) makes an excellent record of ANS drug/alcohol problem.

A female attorney was railing Friday on MSNBC that HKS was not only her attorney but she had signed over her power of attorney and the baby to him. This lawyer was furious about so many conflicts of interest.

To make matters worse, the lawyer who has been handling the California custory matters is a personal friend of HKS and in interviews sounds a lot more like his attorney than ANS's.
