There is no doubt that she could be mouthy and foul with anyone who crossed her path. I am not trying to bad mouth her. But those of us who did see the show more than once know that Stern did not have the upper hand at any point in the show. I still think the man is a wimp and that he was hoping that she would finally lean on him and see him in a romantic light. I feel that Stern was enjoying this latest charade they both cooked up because it made him look like he was romantically involved with her. I don't think he killed her. I think she was cramming the drugs down on her own and most likely she refused to listen to anyone around her when it came to her drug abuse. There is no doubt that money also kept him around but I don't think that it was the only thing. I think he was obsessed with her and she took advantage of that when it can to her one on one relationship with him.

The clip that I saw, she was clearly in control of the whole situation, and HKS basically stood there like an idiot even when she told him to get out of her face. She was trying to fix Christmas dinner, and he was in her way.

Why did he, her lawyer, have her sign everything over to him, gave him her power of attorney and signed Dannielynn over as well... All conflicts of interest when he is acting as attorney.
