I also read (don't remember where), that Anna said she was taking colon-cleansing laxatives as well as the TrimSpa. It was an interview with her about her weight-loss, I believe. I've wondered about her electrolyte balances and being dehydrated, which cause many problems, especially if combined with certain meds. Plus, her grapefruit consumption affecting meds' toxicity, plus her weakened immune system and body, etc. She could have had an allergic reaction to some meds on the day she died, too. I suspect the cause of death is a number of things combined, such as the above. Perper alluded to causes, and not just one cause.

That's possible. I keep going back to Perper saying we would be "surprised" at his findings. He did say that at one point, right? I don't think an OD would surprise anyone, would it? Maybe he thinks it would. Has he ever retracted that earlier impression that we would be surprised at her cause of death?

I just hope he hasn't missed something.
