A reporter was down at the dock. He had a mike and was interviewing a guy named Bruck (I've been told). It was a small car and the reporter said Howard had just arrived and was about 40 feet from his car. Howard said he had to leave and "rushed" to his car. He was 5 miles from the hospital and arrived there about 20 minutes later.
So if it took him 20 minutes to get BACK to the hospital, we can assume it took him 20 minutes to get to the dock. We still don't know exactly when Howard left the hotel and whether or not he made stops or phone calls in between.
