Now... putting two and two together from Neven's comments to Rita (and I find her believeable. I watched that interview and she -- like Gerlene -- is a gentle woman)... if they arrived at the hotel around noon and everyone thought (were told) ANS was napping, by 1:15 or so she had the slack mouth, which is a sign of rigor. How long (medically) from death until first signs of rigor? I think she was dead at noon and what's more...... I think Howard knew she was dead.

Google "Rigor mortis", "Sierra-Sacramento Valley EMS Agency Program Policy"

See Definition (re: jaw) and Special Information-Item 1 - "cold water submersion".

Oooh, it's like the Ramseys inviting all the friends over - Howard is trying to leave and runs into Moe, et al, downstairs, so goes back up with them.

Maybe *that's* the Hand of God we were looking for.

I agree with you. But here is what doesn't make sense to me. Why was HK$ leaving the room just as the gang was getting back from the airport? Didn't he think they were going to return? Did they get back a lot earlier than he thought they would, and took him by surprise?

It would really be helpful to know exactly where KEG was then.

So you think she was dead when he left.
